Tuesdays from 1:45-2:45pm, Oct 3 – Nov 7 (6 weeks)
Meet other moms in this beautiful and challenging stage of life, as you reconnect with your new mind and body! We move through postnatal specific movement, strength training, and meditation with special attention towards rebuilding core strength, especially the pelvic floor.
Sequencing is designed with baby in mind, and will include games, songs and sensory activities for little ones. You are always welcome to feed or change baby during class!
Recommend waiting 6-9 weeks post birth before joining a movement class. Class is designed for non crawling babies.
