Welcome To The Space!
To give you the best experience, please note the following:

  • Introductory Offers are unlimited classes for 7 days from the date of purchase and can only be purchased once per person.
  • Please arrive to your first class 10-15 minutes prior to start time to get a quick tour and so the staff can answer any questions you may have.
  • Pre-registration is strongly recommended. If there are no participants registered two hours before the class start time, the class is subject to cancellation. Registration will not be available if the class is cancelled, so secure your spot before that two-hour mark!
  • Please refrain from using heavy perfumed/scented products prior to attending the studio. Please attend the studio with good hygiene (clean body, free of mud/dust etc). If you are a smoker, please do not consume right before your class to minimize the odour.
  • Only bring what you need for your class. Please leave electronic devices (phones, smart watches etc.), coats, bags, or wallet in your vehicle, change room, or in the complimentary provided lockers. If you have questions or require an exception please speak with the instructor prior to class.
  • If you choose to use any complimentary studio blocks or straps during your class, we kindly ask that you spray them to sanitize them and place them in the provided basket to dry.
  • At the end of your class, you will receive a cold, lemongrass cloth for your Savasana. Once you are done, please put the cold cloth in the basket under the water station or in the change room basket.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please choose to stay home to help prevent any spread of illness.

Please use our online booking system if you intend on coming to a class as this helps us gauge attendance and expectations. While we are usually open for walk-ins, a lot of our instructors travel from outside of Fort Saskatchewan. If there are no students registered for a class, we want to save them the drive out.

If you cannot attend your registered class, please remove your booking from your Mindbody account or through our website no less than two hours prior to class start time to retain your class pass. If it is within the two hours prior to class or if you no show to your class, you will be still be subject to processing either a drop in or class pass depending on what you purchased. If you have trouble please email us to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before).

We understand that coming to class early is sometimes unavoidable, but it is important to always come prior to the class start time. If there are no front desk staff working, the door will be locked as soon as class begins, therefore no late entry is possible. If there is front desk staff working and you arrive no more than 5 minutes late, put your things away and wait for the front desk staff to let you know when it is ok to enter the class. The front desk staff member will communicate with the instructor for the best time to enter without disrupting the ongoing class.

All workshops will have a minimum participant set by the facilitator. In the event that minimum is not met, the workshop is subject to cancellation. You will be notified either by email or phone and receive either a full refund or studio credit. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds or credits if cancelled within 48 hours of the workshop.

Some workshops have their own cancellation policies so be sure to check the Workshops & Registered Programs page to ensure you have the right information before purchasing.

Due to a large number of last minute cancellations, all appointments now need to paid in full at the time of booking. If  you need to reschedule your appointment, please need to do so at least 48 hours in advance. The cost of  the service will be returned to your account so you can use the credit to rebook. If you need to cancel the appointment and are unable to rebook, you will receive a refund less a 10% admin fee. There are no refunds or credits if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
