In The Space, we promote yoga, meditation, and other forms of relaxation and alternative health practices, such as Reiki and Singing Bowl Massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral, Colour and Sound Therapy, Shamanic Healing Circles and Breathwork Meditations, as a path through pain and suffering, and not around it. We promise an accepting, inclusive community culture, an affordable, safe space for people of all ages who may be experiencing trauma, stress and anxiety, chronic pain, or concerns with body image, and flexible class schedules to accommodate a variety of needs, and a diversity of lifestyles and abilities.

Classes must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before the class. You can do this via your online account, if you have trouble please email us to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before). Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
