In this workshop we will be working on our functional flexibility to improve mobility for your game. We will be working on core and lower body strength to encourage a powerful swing, and the flexibility of your spine to prevent injury on the follow through.

In real life, you do not have the time to think about hip rotation. With incorporating yoga, you can focus on getting a proper form before hitting the course. Yoga is a great method for cross training for all athletes as it focuses on your kinaesthetic awareness that can enhance your ability to perform.
