Enjoy a night of music and meditation with Kelsey (our Functional Fit Personal Trainer flexing her vocals!) as she begins the session with Yoga Nidra and paints a story with chosen songs based on the theme “Reflection and Lasting Change”.
The night will be a journey of transitions between guided meditation, a cappella, thoughts, songs and storylines with specific mindset practices.
Currently studying Sound Therapy and Habit Change Techniques, Kelsey is a Yoga Nidra trained Fitness Instructor with a passion for signing, storytelling, and healing. Music has power. Experience slow, melodic songs, a calming meditational environment and rhythmic mindset activities.
