Join us in community for a meaningfully curated New Moon Practice aligning with the energy of each month’s New Moon.
The class will include an introspective guided meditation, a gentle grounding yoga practice with breathwork, a deeply restorative Savasana, and intuitive intention setting through journalling.
Please bring your yoga mat, notebook, pen, and a water bottle.
