Who Next Level is for:
Next Level is ideal for anyone looking to make a positive change in their life, from beginners seeking a structured start to seasoned fitness enthusiasts aiming to fine-tune their regimen. No matter your fitness level or dietary needs, Next Level adapts to support your journey toward a healthier, happier you.
How it works:
You’ll start out with a $99 Fitness Assessment which is a comprehensive evaluation designed to measure various aspects of your physical health and fitness level. This assessment provides a baseline of your current fitness level, helping to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and guide the development of a personalized fitness plan. It typically includes:
Body Composition: Measurement of body fat percentage and lean muscle mass
Cardiovascular Endurance: Assessment of your heart and lung capacity
Muscular Strength: Evaluation of your muscle strength
Muscular Endurance: Measurement of how long your muscles can sustain a particular activity
Flexibility: Testing the range of motion in various joints
Functional Movement: Evaluation of how well you can perform everyday movements, which may include tests of balance, coordination, and overall mobility
Every month for the duration of your program, you will attend a Fitness Assessment so you can track your progress! There is no commitment after the Fitness Assessment, but if you wish to continue, you will choose a 3-month program with a different weekly commitment level. Prices are calculated on a 4-week basis, paid on the first day of your 4-week cycle.

When you choose your commitment level, the free yoga classes will be added to your account, which you can use to book into any of our regularly scheduled classes.
For each package, you will pre-register your classes based on the following schedule:
Class times
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – 9-10am
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 7:45-8:45pm
Nutrition Education Session – Every second Saturday of the month from 10:30-11:30am
Assessment times
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – 8:30am
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 5:45pm

Jenny Northrup
Fitness has always been one of Jenny’s passions, and in 2015, this passion led her to inspire others in their fitness journey through her designation as a AFLCA trained instructor. With extensive training in group fitness, spin, portable weights, moveball, barre, kettlebell, boxing, and older adult movement, Jenny creates a varied, unique, and always welcoming atmosphere where belly laughs and loud music are a guarantee as you come to discover your strengths and face your weaknesses.
Due to a large number of last minute cancellations, all appointments now need to paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please need to do so at least 48 hours in advance. The cost of the service will be returned to your account so you can use the credit to rebook. If you need to cancel the appointment and are unable to rebook, you will receive a refund less a 10% admin fee. There are no refunds or credits if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
