Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15pm

This class will help you develop balance, strength, and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. In this class we will take our time to get into asanas (postures), focusing on foundations. We will combine the asanas and pranayama (breathing) exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind, stimulating rejuvenation, increasing inner strength, and awakening creativity. The use of props including blocks or straps may be used to provide support for your body – provided by the studio.
(Warm temperature)

No yoga experience required.
