Join Nicole for classes that will help you develop balance, strength, and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. In these classes we will take our time to get into asanas (postures), focusing on foundations. We will combine the asanas and pranayama (breathing) exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind, stimulating rejuvenation, increasing inner strength, and awakening creativity. The use of props including blocks or straps may be used to provide support for your body – provided by the studio.

No yoga experience required.

Investment: $65 for 4 weeks
