This gentle, beginner-friendly chair yoga class is designed specifically for those with injuries or limited mobility. Perfect for anyone seeking a safe and supportive way to build flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, this class uses a chair for seated and standing postures to ensure comfort and stability along with additional props if needed.

We will move through slow, mindful stretches, gentle movements, and breathwork to release tension, improve range of motion, and promote relaxation. Whether you are recovering from injury or simply looking for a modified practice, this class will leave you feeling more balanced, calm, and connected to your body. No prior yoga experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and a water bottle.

Please ensure you have been cleared by a physician or physical therapist to practice prior to attending.
