Loading Events

Learn what happens to your body as anxiety hits and how bodies can react in different ways. Understand how you can help yourself to remain calm and in control. We will discuss yoga poses and breathing techniques that are specifically targeted to relieve anxiety and stress. We will then put our new knowledge into a 75 minute practice.

Please bring a mat and a water bottle. (Unheated)
