Rooted in themes of connection, gratitude, and grounding, this 90-minute experience incorporates ceremonial practices, tuning forks, aromatherapy, and drumming. You will be guided through restorative yoga and meditation designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and reconnection with Mother Earth.
