Thursdays Sept 24 – Oct 15, 2026
When was the last time your body became completely still… and your mind followed?
For so many of us, even when the body stops, the mind keeps going. We’re thinking, planning, processing, scrolling, taking care of everyone and everything, or already moving on to what comes next.
Yoga Nidra offers something different.
You’ll spend the practice comfortably supported while being guided through a deeply restorative meditation. There is nothing to stretch, nothing to achieve, and nowhere to be except exactly where you are.
As the body settles, the constant effort of doing begins to give way to simply being. Some people experience deep rest. Others notice greater clarity, creativity, insight, healing, or a renewed connection with themselves. There is no right experience and nothing you need to make happen.
Beyond deep rest, Yoga Nidra can help support sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system, ease physical tension, improve mental clarity, and cultivate greater resilience and well-being.
And while even one practice can feel deeply restorative, Yoga Nidra is something we can build a relationship with. The more familiar the practice becomes, the easier it can be to settle, listen inward, and experience what becomes available when we give ourselves consistent space to slow down.
The free introductory class on September 17 gives you a chance to experience the practice first. From there, we’ll continue with our four-week series beginning September 24, giving you the opportunity to explore the practice more deeply and experience what can unfold through consistency.
No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
For your comfort: The room will be gently warmed and all yoga props are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything additional that helps your body feel comfortable and supported in stillness.
Investment: $75 for 4 weeks
