Hot or Unheated: Choose Your Pilates Experience at The Space

We know that everyone’s wellness journey is different, which is why we offer both Hot and Unheated Pilates classes. Whether you love the detoxifying sweat of a heated room or prefer a cooler, more traditional environment, we have an option that fits your needs.

In every class, our experienced instructor leads you through Mat Pilates using a variety of tools to boost intensity and engagement. We incorporate:

Some participants even strap on ankle or wrist weights for an extra challenge, but props are always optional. Many people opt for just their mat, and still get an incredible, challenging workout!
