This all-levels practice is designed to support you in slowing down, tuning inward, and creating space for fresh intentions. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to center the mind, followed by a gentle, warming flow that nurtures the body and melts away built-up tension. Through slow, mindful postures, we’ll open the heart, quiet the nervous system, and invite a sense of balance and ease.

The evening will close with a guided meditation and extended relaxation, giving you time to reflect on the year that has passed and plant seeds for the one to come.
