SUMMARY:Lucid Awareness: Herbal Attunement + Sound Journey
DESCRIPTION:Awaken Your Intuitive Knowing. \nJoin Jenny Johnson of Sacred Earth Extracts for an immersive evening exploring the connection between plant medicine\, intuitive awareness and sound. \nWe’ll begin with a Lucid Awareness herbal blend\, crafted with Blue Lotus\, Mugwort\, Holy Basil\, Ginkgo Biloba\, Lavender and Rosemary Gemmotherapy. These ceremonial plant allies are traditionally used to support intuition\, dreamwork\, clarity\, inner awareness and deeper meditative states. \nYou’ll be invited to connect with your Higher Self and carry one question into the sound journey: \nWhat am I ready to see clearly? \nFrom there\, surrender into an immersive sound bath designed to create space for deep listening\, reflection and connection to your own intuitive knowing. \nWe’ll close with quiet integration\, journaling and an optional sharing circle. \nPlease note: This experience includes the use of botanical herbs. If you are pregnant\, nursing\, have a medical condition\, or are currently taking medications\, please consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to attending to ensure there are no contraindications or potential herb–medication interactions. SUMMARY:4-Week Yoga Nidra Series
DESCRIPTION:Thursdays Nov 26 to Dec 17\nWhen was the last time your body became completely still… and your mind followed? \nFor so many of us\, even when the body stops\, the mind keeps going. We’re thinking\, planning\, processing\, scrolling\, taking care of everyone and everything\, or already moving on to what comes next. \nYoga Nidra offers something different. \nYou’ll spend the practice comfortably supported while being guided through a deeply restorative meditation. There is nothing to stretch\, nothing to achieve\, and nowhere to be except exactly where you are. \nAs the body settles\, the constant effort of doing begins to give way to simply being. Some people experience deep rest. Others notice greater clarity\, creativity\, insight\, healing\, or a renewed connection with themselves. There is no right experience and nothing you need to make happen. \nBeyond deep rest\, Yoga Nidra can help support sleep\, reduce stress and anxiety\, regulate the nervous system\, ease physical tension\, improve mental clarity\, and cultivate greater resilience and well-being. \nAnd while even one practice can feel deeply restorative\, Yoga Nidra is something we can build a relationship with. The more familiar the practice becomes\, the easier it can be to settle\, listen inward\, and experience what becomes available when we give ourselves consistent space to slow down. \nThe free introductory class on November 19 gives you a chance to experience the practice first. From there\, we’ll continue with our four-week series beginning September 24\, giving you the opportunity to explore the practice more deeply and experience what can unfold through consistency. \nNo experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. \nFor your comfort: The room will be gently warmed and all yoga props are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything additional that helps your body feel comfortable and supported in stillness. \n\nInvestment: $75 for 4 weeks \nSave your Space!

SUMMARY:Off Duty: Rest Beyond the Role (Warm)
DESCRIPTION:A monthly trauma-informed workshop for first responders\, military personnel\, and frontline professionals\, whether currently serving\, retired\, or no longer in the field. \nIf you’re exhausted\, but your body and mind still feel like they’re on duty\, this is for you. \nIf you’re so used to staying alert that switching off feels unfamiliar or even unsafe\, this is for you. \nIf you keep functioning\, performing\, and showing up\, even when you’re running on empty\, this is for you. \nIf you’re good at appearing calm and capable\, even when you feel overwhelmed\, disconnected\, or on edge inside\, this is for you. \nIf you’re used to being needed\, relied on\, and responsible for others\, but struggle to offer yourself that same care\, this is for you. \nIf slowing down or taking time for yourself brings up guilt\, restlessness\, or discomfort\, this is for you. \nIf you find it difficult to feel fully at home in your own body\, even when you’re somewhere safe and nothing is demanding your attention\, this is for you. \nIf you want to experience more calm\, connection\, and ease without losing the strengths that have helped you cope\, lead\, protect\, and get through difficult things\, this is for you\, too. \nLed by Kalee\, a former first responder and trauma-informed yoga instructor\, this 90-minute workshop brings together gentle movement\, accessible education about trauma and its effects on the body\, and guided Yoga Nidra. \nEach month explores a different theme\, offering opportunities to better understand your responses\, recognize what supports you\, and explore practical tools you can bring into everyday life. \nThrough gentle movement\, grounding\, body awareness\, imagery\, and guided rest\, we’ll explore what it can look like to step out of the demands of your role and reconnect with yourself. \nYou choose how you participate. Sit or lie down. Keep your eyes open or closed. Move\, pause\, or change position. There’s no expectation to share your story\, lower your guard\, or feel a certain way. \nCome curious. Come tired. Come exactly as you are. \nNo yoga or meditation experience needed. Each workshop stands on its own. \nWhat to bring: A yoga mat\, water bottle\, comfortable clothing\, and any props you wish to support you. An optional journal may be helpful for taking notes or recording thoughts. \n\nInvestment: $35\nSave your Space!
