SUMMARY:Tending Mamas and Babies
DESCRIPTION:A six-week journey of connection\, support\, and healing.\nMamas need tending\, too. \nThe postpartum journey brings enormous change\, physically\, emotionally\, and in the way we understand ourselves and our place in the world. While so much attention is given to caring for a new baby\, mothers also need time\, space\, and support to rest\, recover\, and be cared for. \nCommunity Tending of Mamas and their Babes is an intimate\, community-based gathering where mothers and their babies can come together to connect\, share their experiences\, and receive support in a gentle\, non-judgmental environment. \nLed by Cora and Akela\, this six-week series brings together meaningful conversation\, holistic postpartum education\, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) in a space where each mother’s journey is welcomed and honoured. \nWe believe that caring for mothers strengthens families and communities. Sometimes\, healing begins simply by being heard\, knowing you’re not alone\, and finding your village. \nWhat We’ll Explore\nEach gathering will be shaped by the needs\, questions\, and experiences of the mothers in the group. Topics may include: \n\nPostpartum recovery and maternal wellness: Physical healing\, pelvic care\, nourishment\, rest\, and self-care.\nEmotional and nervous system support: Holistic mental wellness\, navigating the transitions of motherhood\, and supporting regulation for both mama and baby.\nBaby care and development: Feeding\, latching\, nursing\, digestive discomfort\, colic\, and navigating questions or challenges that arise.\nBirth experiences and healing: Making space for your unique birth story\, including experiences involving medical interventions\, planned or unplanned C-sections\, unexpected complications\, or difficult recoveries.\nConnection and community: Sharing experiences\, learning from one another\, and building relationships that extend beyond the group.\n\nWhat to Expect\nEach weekly gathering lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours and includes open conversation\, shared learning\, and individualized care. \nDuring the series\, each mother-and-baby pair will receive a hands-on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) session with two practitioners during a group meetup. \nThe group is intentionally limited to six mother-and-baby pairs for the full six weeks\, allowing time for meaningful connection and a more personal experience. \nWhether your birth was at home or in hospital\, straightforward or complicated\, planned or unexpected\, you are welcome here. There is no single right way to experience birth or motherhood\, and there is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. \nIs This for You?\nThis series is for postpartum mothers and their babies who are looking for connection\, community\, and holistic support during this important transition. \nIf you’re preparing for pregnancy\, navigating fertility\, experiencing pregnancy loss\, preparing for birth\, or looking for support at another stage of your journey\, please reach out. We’d be happy to discuss other community offerings or individual support options. \nInterested in Joining Us?\nWith only six spaces available\, we encourage you to reach out early. \nWe offer a complimentary 15-minute call with one of our practitioners to answer your questions\, learn a little about what you’re looking for\, and help you decide whether this series is the right fit. \nYou deserve to be cared for\, too. Let’s tend to the mamas. \n\nInvestment: $275 for 6 weeks\nSave your Space!

SUMMARY:4-Week Yoga Nidra Series
DESCRIPTION:Thursdays Nov 26 to Dec 17\nWhen was the last time your body became completely still… and your mind followed? \nFor so many of us\, even when the body stops\, the mind keeps going. We’re thinking\, planning\, processing\, scrolling\, taking care of everyone and everything\, or already moving on to what comes next. \nYoga Nidra offers something different. \nYou’ll spend the practice comfortably supported while being guided through a deeply restorative meditation. There is nothing to stretch\, nothing to achieve\, and nowhere to be except exactly where you are. \nAs the body settles\, the constant effort of doing begins to give way to simply being. Some people experience deep rest. Others notice greater clarity\, creativity\, insight\, healing\, or a renewed connection with themselves. There is no right experience and nothing you need to make happen. \nBeyond deep rest\, Yoga Nidra can help support sleep\, reduce stress and anxiety\, regulate the nervous system\, ease physical tension\, improve mental clarity\, and cultivate greater resilience and well-being. \nAnd while even one practice can feel deeply restorative\, Yoga Nidra is something we can build a relationship with. The more familiar the practice becomes\, the easier it can be to settle\, listen inward\, and experience what becomes available when we give ourselves consistent space to slow down. \nThe free introductory class on November 19 gives you a chance to experience the practice first. From there\, we’ll continue with our four-week series beginning September 24\, giving you the opportunity to explore the practice more deeply and experience what can unfold through consistency. \nNo experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. \nFor your comfort: The room will be gently warmed and all yoga props are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything additional that helps your body feel comfortable and supported in stillness. \n\nInvestment: $75 for 4 weeks \nSave your Space!
