Join Yoga Instructor Rikki Lamb, as she guides you through gentle poses which are held for extended periods, to allow for you to unwind and connect with your inner self. During Savasana, let the gentle insertion of needles done by Registered Acupuncturist, Sonia James, deepen your relaxation, while enjoying the subtle release of tension throughout your body.

If possible, please wear loose-fitted clothing that can easily be moved to both knees and elbows. All participants will need to fill out an acupuncture consent form with Sonia.
