Restorative yoga is a practice focused on deep relaxation using props to support the body in gentle, opening poses rather than stretches. It is designed to encourage stillness and mental clarity while promoting physical healing and down-regulating the nervous system.

Tiffany Sparrow is a professional musician and certified music therapist sound therapist who specializes in fusing the power of sound and energy to guide your body, mind, and soul toward well-being.

Michelle Anderson is a movement teacher based in Sherwood Park. She teaches yoga, group fitness, spin and is a running coach.
