As moms of estranged teens, confrontational teens or just in the midst of trying to understand your teens, life can take on an emotionally bumpy rollercoaster ride.
In the midst of this ride we can often feel alone, exhausted, confused, questioning our abilities as a parent and overwhelmed. It’s easy to be caught in the turmoil forgetting how to connect within ourselves and to take a moment to calm our hearts, slow our minds and ask ourselves “how am I, really?”
Join us on this 2 hour healing journey within a safe community beside mama’s riding the same rollercoaster. Together, we will push through the discomfort, the should be’s and the anguish through a beautiful yoga session with Ashlea.
From our final shavasana, Tessa will lead you into a deeper meditation connecting inwards. We will connect to our heart centre connecting and healing the deeper wounds. Learning we can just go within ourselves to heal, connect, ask ourselves “how am I, really?
