Come join a community of parents in this beautiful and challenging stage of life, as you reconnect with your new mind, body and baby.
In these practices, we will move through postnatal specific movement, strength training, and meditation to support calm. With a focus towards rebuilding core strength, strengthening the pelvic floor, supporting low energy and mental health. Sequencing is designed with baby in mind, and will include baby massage, songs and sensory activities for little ones. In this space, you are always welcome to feed or change baby during class or even join the group and just rest.
Recommend waiting 6 weeks post birth before joining a movement class with doctor’s approval. Class is designed for non crawling babies.
